WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR LANDS FROM?
We get our lands from Families, Clan Heads, Chiefs etc. Remember in Ghana families and Chiefs are the custodians of the lands. As a matter of fact about 80% of lands are for families and/or chiefs.
HOW DO I KNOW YOUR LANDS ARE GENIUNE?
We undertake due diligence process on all our lands and we also make available copies of our Site plans for potential clients to run their own official search at the Lands Commission to be sure or certain about the genuineness of our lands. We also encourage potential clients to do their independent due diligence.
HOW LONG IS THE LEASE DURATION FOR YOUR LANDS?
The lease duration is usually 90years and below but it is so much dependent on what our landowners write in their document. We always transfer whatever lease duration we receive from our landowners to our clients.
HOW DO I GET MY LAND REGISTERED?
Land title registration is done at the Land Commission of Ghana, we normally assist our clients to go through the right process to get their lands registered.
DO YOU TAKE DIGGING FEE FROM YOUR CLIENTS?
No, we do not take digging fees as a company but some landowners ask for it, in cases where landowners demand for it we communicate it to our clients appropriately and also handle the process to avoid exploitation.
HOW LONG DOES THE LAND DOCUMENT PREPARATION TAKES?
We usually give our clients a maximum of 60 working days for their document to ready for pick-up. (Site Plan and Indenture)
HOW FAST DO I HAVE TO DEVELOP MY LAND?
We recommend clients start developing their lands as soon as payment is completed, but as a company we give our clients a maximum of 12months to commence their projects.
DO YOU HAVE LAND GUARDS ON YOUR LAND?
No, we do not have land guards on our lands but in some circumstances we see our landowners having their own land guards but once we purchase the land those arrangement are truncated.
DO YOU HAVE FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes, we have flexible payment plan and we often run promotional campaigns too.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR SITE VISIT AND APPLICATION FORMS?
No, site visit and application forms are absolutely free of charge.
